Draughtsman – Conceptual Planning & PEB Drafting Location: Rajajinagar Reporting To: Director / Design Manager / Estimation & Sales Team Type: Full-Time | On-Site About Us We are a turnkey industrial construction firm specializing in PEB and civil infrastructure projects. As we scale operations pan-India, we are looking to strengthen our design and estimation team with a draughtsperson who can support both pre-sales design and production planning activities. Key Responsibilities: Conceptual & Schematic Drawing Support Prepare concept drawings and schematic layouts for proposals and client presentations. Create building plans based on inputs from sales or site visits – including area demarcations, layout arrangements, and orientation plans. Modify and revise drawings based on feedback from management, clients, or architects. PEB Drafting Assistance Work with the estimation team to prepare basic PEB structural arrangement drawings. Support in visualizing member placements, column positions, bracings, purlins, and cladding areas. Prepare BOQ-ready visual references that support proposal generation. Documentation & Support Maintain a library of standard blocks, templates, and typical drawings for repeat use. Save and archive drawings project-wise in organized folders. Coordinate with structural consultants and PEB design teams when needed. Requirements ITI/Diploma in Drafting/Civil/Architecture or similar field. 1–3 years of experience in drafting, preferably in PEB/Industrial or warehouse drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential, 3D optional). Knowledge of industrial and warehouse layouts, setbacks, loading/unloading zones, etc. Willingness to learn PEB detailing formats and estimation coordination. Strong organization, file management, and deadline tracking skills.
