Personal & Executive Assistant

As a Personal & Executive Assistant to a well-known public figure represented by Spottlightt Social, your role is crucial in managing both professional and personal responsibilities with a high level of organization and proactivity. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination across all areas of the talent's life, handling a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a solution-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate the daily schedule, including shoots, brand meetings, business discussions, events, and personal appointments - Liaise with internal teams, brand partners, stylists, PR representatives, agencies, and external vendors - Handle day-to-day communication such as emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the talent - Plan and manage travel logistics - both within the city and for outstation trips - Support backend operations for their business, including coordination with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders - Assist with personal errands, shopping, appointments, and administrative tasks - Be physically present at shoots, events, and work-related activities when required - Maintain ongoing task lists, track deliverables, and ensure timely follow-ups - Be available to travel frequently for work and personal engagements Qualifications Required: - Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through - Strong communicator with a calm and professional demeanor - Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information - Adaptable and comfortable working irregular hours, including weekends - Prior experience in a similar role is preferred Please note that this is a full-time position where you will work directly under and be paid by the talent.
