As a Personal Chef for an Ultra-HNI household, your role will involve crafting nutritious and customized meals while traveling across various locations such as New Jersey, London, Switzerland, Dubai, Mumbai, and more. The key responsibilities include: - Personalized Meal Planning & Preparation: Prepare tailored meals to cater to specific dietary requirements such as gluten-free, vegan, low-carb, etc. - Health & Nutrition Focus: Emphasize high-quality ingredients and a wellness-driven approach to cooking. - Travel & Kitchen Management: Manage culinary operations efficiently across multiple locations. - Customization & Discretion: Adapt meals according to individual tastes while maintaining utmost confidentiality. To be considered for this role, you should have: - Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Chef in wellness retreats or UHNI households. - Prior experience in elite resorts such as Ananda in the Himalayas, Six Senses Vana, Leela Palace Retreat, Kairali Ayurvedic Healing Village, or Soukya. - Expertise in Indian & Continental cuisines with a strong nutritional focus. - High standards of hygiene and food safety. - Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
