About the Role:

Plant Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plant Accounting:

  Handle all day-to-day accounting activities at the factory vendor invoice booking, GRN entries, debit/credit notes, and expense postings in SAP. Conduct monthly GR/IR and vendor advance reconciliations and ensure timely month-end closure.

• Costing & MIS:

  Monitor production and overhead costs, prepare cost analysis reports, and support MIS and profitability reviews.

• Taxation & Compliance:

  Ensure accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns; coordinate with auditors for compliance reviews.

• Accounts Payable & Receivable:

  Oversee invoice processing, supplier payments, and receivable tracking to maintain strong working capital discipline.

• Internal Controls:

  Implement and maintain robust internal control systems and ensure process compliance at the plant.

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

  Support annual budget preparation, track actual vs. budget variances, and recommend corrective measures.
