Position: Butler (Travelling Role)
Location: Based in Delhi with Frequent International Travel ( GK)

Overview:

The Butler will serve as a trusted personal attendant to the Principal, ensuring exceptional service standards and seamless support across domestic and international travels. This role demands discretion, adaptability, and an anticipatory service mindset to manage both personal and logistical aspects of the Principal’s lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accompany and assist the Principal during all domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless coordination across destinations and residences.

• Manage and safeguard high-value personal belongings, wardrobe items, and luxury possessions with utmost precision and confidentiality.

• Oversee packing and unpacking processes while maintaining a systematic and organized travel readiness plan.

• Coordinate with international and domestic household teams to ensure service consistency and preparedness prior to the Principal’s arrival.

• Liaise with chauffeurs, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth logistics and timely arrangements.

• Anticipate needs and deliver refined, discreet, and personalized service at all times.

• Maintain travel documentation, itineraries, and schedules with accuracy and confidentiality.

• Uphold the highest standards of etiquette, grooming, and professional presentation throughout travel and residence duties.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Butler or Personal Attendant for UHNW (Ultra-High-Net-Worth) individuals or in a luxury hospitality setting.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination abilities.

• Global travel readiness and flexibility with working hours.

• Discretion, loyalty, and commitment to confidentiality are essential.
