We're seeking an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to our Director. The successful candidate will manage administrative, secretarial, and financial tasks, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage diaries, meetings, and appointments.
2. Prepare and circulate meeting minutes and agendas.
3. Conduct research as required.
4. Authorize payments and online transactions.
5. Verify cheque books and payment advice.
6. Prepare management and board reports, presentations, and documents.
7. Maintain relationships with senior management and external clients.
8. Handle phone calls, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
9. Provide general administrative support and maintain confidentiality.
Desirable Experience and Qualities:
1. Experience supporting senior management.
2. Excellent administration and Microsoft Office skills.
3. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Confident communication and analytical skills.
5. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
6. Multilingual candidates are preferred
Job Location : Chennai (Alandur)
