Personal Assistant with Driving Responsibilities

Job Summary: We're seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant with a passion for car driving to support with daily tasks, errands, and driving responsibilities. As a Personal Assistant, you'll provide administrative support, manage schedules, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations while also driving and maintaining vehicle(s). Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls. Maintain records, files, and databases. Driving Responsibilities: Drive the CEO to appointments, meetings, and events. Maintain vehicle(s), including fueling, cleaning, and scheduling maintenance. Ensure vehicle safety and compliance with traffic regulations. Run errands, pick up/dropoff packages, and perform other driving-related tasks. Additional Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and discretion. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Perform various tasks, such as light housekeeping or pet care, as needed. Requirements: Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local traffic laws. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a personal assistant or chauffeur. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair. Familiarity with navigation systems and traffic management apps.
