Job Title: Personal Assistant to Doctor
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-groomed and professional Personal Assistant to support a Doctor in day-to-day activities. The role requires excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a proactive attitude to manage appointments, schedules, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Doctor’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
• Coordinate with patients, hospital staff, and external contacts for smooth scheduling.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical and personal information.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation when required.
• Organize travel, accommodation, and logistics as per requirement.
• Ensure the Doctor is well-prepared for meetings/consultations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Doctor with proper etiquette.

Requirements:

• Female candidate with good grooming standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi/Telugu preferred).
• Graduate preferred with prior experience as a Personal Assistant/Secretary (healthcare background is an added advantage).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and handle work under pressure.
• Confidentiality, loyalty, and professionalism are must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
