As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with potential candidates. Your role will also involve ensuring that employee records are accurately updated in compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Additionally, you will provide support for onboarding and offboarding procedures, as well as tracking employee attendance, leave, and benefits records. Moreover, you will play a key role in organizing employee engagement initiatives and internal events to foster a positive work environment. It will be essential for you to prioritize confidentiality when handling sensitive HR information and adhere to data protection policies to maintain the integrity of the organization. In your capacity as a Secretary/Administrative Assistant, you will be entrusted with managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for management personnel. Your responsibilities will also include the preparation, formatting, and filing of internal and external communications, such as memos, emails, and letters. Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence will be part of your daily tasks, along with organizing and maintaining office filing systems both physically and digitally. Furthermore, your role will involve taking meeting minutes and distributing them as required, as well as overseeing the procurement and management of office supplies and equipment. Effective communication and collaboration with other departments will be necessary to ensure seamless office operations. A familiarity with telecalling will be advantageous in this role. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person attendance at the work location.,
