Job Description

Personal assistant for Managing Director of a multi speciality hospital .

This role involves providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their office and daily tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Experience: Several years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role in Hospital/ eligible freshers can also apply
  • Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational, and time management skills .
  • Other: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information
  • English speaking and writing skills

* Hospital experienced/ Admin experienced candidates are preferred

*only male candidates are preferred

*candiates with personal reference are preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the MD.
  • Document Preparation: Creating and managing documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organizing and facilitating meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for the MD.
  • Information Management: Maintaining organized records and files.
  • Other Duties: May include managing office supplies, handling personal errands, and assisting with special projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
