About the Role: As a successful independent consultant, I am seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support my day-to-day professional and personal activities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of managing a variety of tasks with discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Handle email and calendar management, schedule appointments, and organize meetings. Communication Management: Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls. Project Management: Assist with project planning, coordination, and follow-up. Document Preparation: Draft letters, presentations, and reports as required. Travel Arrangements: Organize travel plans and itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Personal Tasks: Assist with personal errands as needed, such as shopping or managing appointments. Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools. Discretion and confidentiality are paramount. Education: High school diploma; further qualifications or certification would be advantageous. Skills: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
