Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Personal Assistant to the General Manager. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the General Manager&aposs diary, handling executive administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and performing various clerical duties. The role requires a high level of organization, discretion, and professionalism in supporting the General Manager&aposs day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Excellent Communication and Diary Management skills
• Strong Clerical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
