Personal Assistant to General Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Personal Assistant to the General Manager. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the General Manager's diary, handling executive administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and performing various clerical duties. The role requires a high level of organization, discretion, and professionalism in supporting the General Manager's day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Excellent Communication and Diary Management skills
• Strong Clerical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,983.47 - ₹51,774.86 per month
