Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Operations Specialist located in Mumbai. The role involves managing and overseeing daily HR operations, handling employee relations, implementing and maintaining HR policies, and supporting HR management tasks. The HR Operations Specialist will collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth HR functions while fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations and Human Resources (HR)
• Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong HR Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the chemicals industry is an advantage

Salary: 50-60K/ Month
