Job Description

As a Personal Assistant for a CXO in a Large Manufacturing Group, your role will involve providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth operations at the executive level. Your key responsibilities will include: - Administrative Support: - Manage and maintain the calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CXO. - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. - Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. - Communication Management: - Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications. - Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, and clients on behalf of the CXO. - Draft responses and follow-ups as required. - Meeting Coordination: - Organize meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-up actions. - Coordinate logistics for board meetings, leadership reviews, and strategic sessions. - Travel & Logistics: - Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and visas. - Ensure smooth execution of travel plans and handle any changes or issues. - Project Assistance: - Support the CXO in strategic initiatives and special projects. - Conduct research and compile data for decision-making. - Office Management: - Maintain filing systems and ensure office supplies are stocked. - Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed. Qualifications & Skills required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business Administration preferred). - 15+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior leadership. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital collaboration tools. - Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
