Personal Assistant to CEO

As a highly driven and dynamic Personal Assistant, you will be supporting senior leadership by providing proactive and intelligent assistance in managing critical information, strategic schedules, and sensitive communications. Your role goes beyond administrative support as you act as an extension of the leaders" intent and priorities, often working under minimal guidance and tight deadlines. You should possess the innate ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities with grace, and execute tasks with precision and discretion. Your responsibilities will include providing personal assistance support across business and personal tasks, managing calendars and appointments efficiently, preparing briefings and reports for meetings, acting as a gatekeeper for incoming communications, handling confidential information with discretion, coordinating internal and external engagements, tracking action items, and serving as a liaison between senior leadership and stakeholders. Additionally, you will take ownership of special projects, ensuring timely execution and reporting. The preferred profile for this role includes a Graduate/Postgraduate with a strong command of written and spoken English, a good understanding of business priorities and stakeholder management, impeccable organizational and time-management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure, proficiency in MS Office and modern workplace software, high integrity, maturity, and discretion in handling confidential matters, along with a calm demeanor, cheerful disposition, and excellent interpersonal skills.
