Job Purpose:
To provide high-level administrative, secretarial, and organizational support to the Managing Director (MD), ensuring efficient handling of all business and coordination of internal and external communication, and managing the MD’s day-to-day schedule in a dynamic construction environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Discretion and confidentiality- Professionalism and a proactive attitude- Time management and attention to detail- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)- Familiarity with construction industry terms and workflow is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Secretarial Practice / Communications
- 3+ years of experience as a Personal or Executive Secretary, preferably in the construction or engineering sector- Fluency in English and local languages
