Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior management in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management and coordination.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing urgent matters and responding when necessary.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings as needed.
  • Assist in planning and executing personal and professional events or engagements.
  • Ensure tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner with minimal supervision.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Experience:

    3 to 7 years as a Personal or Executive Assistant
  • Qualification:

    bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field
  • Skills:

    Excellent communication, time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
