Personal Assistant (PA) to Director

About the Role

Walpar Nutritions Ltd., a reputed Nutraceutical and Health Supplement Manufacturer, is looking for a qualified and experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Directors.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills, with solid knowledge of MS Office and experience in pharma or nutraceutical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Directors.
• Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
• Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and official documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for effective coordination.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Follow up on projects, reports, and operational tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: MBA / B.Sc / B.Pharm (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years as PA / Executive Assistant (preferably in Nutraceuticals or Pharmaceuticals)
• Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Compensation: Commensurate with experienceEmployment Type: Full-time
