Job Description

Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior management in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. Manage scheduling, appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management and coordination. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing urgent matters and responding when necessary. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings as needed. Assist in planning and executing personal and professional events or engagements. Ensure tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner with minimal supervision. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive. Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical. Experience: 3 to 7 years as a Personal or Executive Assistant Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field Skills: Excellent communication, time management, multitasking, and organizational skills Salary: Best in the industry (with opportunities for growth and long-term stability).
