Job Description

Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic software tools.
Familiarity with email platforms, calendar management, and file sharing systems.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and multitask efficiently.
Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
Handle data entry, file management, and maintain digital records.
Assist in travel planning, booking, and itinerary preparation.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
