A personal assistant’s core responsibilities typically include: Acting as the first point of contact for callers, handling phone calls and emails by responding, forwarding messages, or drawing attention to urgent matters for the manager/executive Managing diaries, scheduling, and organizing meetings and appointments while controlling access to the manager/executive Coordinating and organizing events, conferences, and travel arrangements Providing timely reminders of important tasks, deadlines, and commitments Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism Maintaining databases and structured filing systems for efficient information management Implementing and maintaining effective administrative procedures and office systems Liaising with internal staff, clients, and external suppliers to ensure smooth communication and operations Collating, tracking, and filing expenses and reimbursements Managing official social media accounts by creating content and providing innovative ideas to enhance online presence Contributing fresh, strategic ideas to help build and expand initiatives such as Dream Education, including branding, outreach, and engagement plans
