Kapra Group is hiring an experienced Personal Assistant & Secretary to support the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD). The selected candidate will handle high-level administrative, coordination, and company-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage CMD’s daily calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle confidential information with professionalism
Coordinate with all departments for company-level tasks and updates
Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on execution
Draft and review official communication, emails, letters & reports
Assist CMD with project follow-ups and workflow monitoring
Maintain proper filing, documentation, and compliance reminders
Liaison between CMD, directors, managers, and external parties
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Support CMD in presentations, admin work, and urgent tasks
Requirements
Experience is mandatory: Minimum 4+ years as PA / Executive Assistant / Secretary
Age: 27 to 35 years
Male or Female
Graduate in any discipline
Strong administrative and company coordination skills
Excellent communication in English & Malayalam
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
High level of discipline, organization, and confidentiality
Ability to manage both CMD-level and company-level responsibilities
Salary & Benefits
₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
