Personal Assistant

Job Description: As a valuable member of the team, your role will involve monitoring the email of a reporting manager and responding promptly as necessary. You will be responsible for preparing communications on behalf of the manager, answering phone calls, organizing travel arrangements and itineraries, as well as planning and coordinating meetings. Additionally, you will be expected to take detailed notes during meetings, write minutes, and conduct any necessary research for the reporting manager. Ad hoc requests may also come your way, and your flexibility and proactive approach will be essential in handling them effectively.
