Personal Assistant

Cosmo Connect is an MSME growth and digital services company helping Indian businesses grow through e-commerce, social media, Google My Business, and digital growth solutions. We work with multiple clients, teams, and partners across India.

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Founder / Management Team in daily operations, coordination, and communication.

Key ResponsibilitiesFounder & Management Support

• Manage daily schedule, meetings, and follow-ups
• Handle emails, WhatsApp messages, and calls
• Prepare reminders, task lists, and follow-up notes
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, HR, operations)

Operations & Coordination

• Maintain trackers (leads, tasks, reports)
• Coordinate with clients and vendors for updates
• Support onboarding of clients and team members
• Assist in documentation, proposals, and reports

Communication & Reporting

• Draft basic emails, messages, and documents
• Share daily and weekly summary reports
• Follow up on pending tasks with teams
• Maintain confidentiality of company data

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English basic)
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Email, Google Sheets & Docs
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure
• Professional attitude and confidentiality awareness

Preferred Candidate

• Experience as Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Coordinator (preferred)
• Freshers with strong coordination and communication skills can apply
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Working Hours

• 6 working days per week
• Flexible timings (availability during business hours required)

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Performance-based increment after 3 months
• Incentives for exceptional support (optional)

Pay: ₹9,270.67 - ₹45,558.77 per month
