Your role as a Personal Assistant will require proactive and highly organized multitasking skills, with a strong emphasis on prioritization and time management. Working within a team of PAs at our Pune hub, you will provide professional and efficient support to multiple Directors across the Global Compliance function, collaborating with senior executives in different time zones. To excel in this role, you should have experience in supporting MDs and Ds, possess a high level of competency in Microsoft Office applications, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Additionally, strong communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to handle confidential matters are essential qualities for success as a Personal Assistant at Barclays. Your responsibilities will include managing executive calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, anticipating and prioritizing tasks, handling administrative duties, and ensuring seamless coordination for the assigned individuals or teams.
