Job Description

Role & responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the MDs. Manage MDs calendar, schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD. Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation as required. Handle all confidential correspondence with utmost discretion. Assist in business communication, minutes of meetings, and follow-ups on assigned tasks. Organize and manage daily priorities and ensure timely execution. Act as a point of contact between MDs and senior leadership teams. Preferred candidate profile Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred). Minimum 4 to 8 years of experience as an EA/PA to senior leadership or MDs. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
