Permit & Documentation Executive – Solar Projects

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Permit & Documentation Executive to manage the process of raising solar permit stamping requests, coordinating with relevant authorities or design teams, ensuring timely delivery of stamped plans to clients, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should possess good communication, coordination, and email-writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Solar permit stamping requests as per project requirements.

· Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, or authorities to obtain stamped drawings/plans.

· Ensure timely delivery of stamped plans to clients.

· Maintain and update trackers for all ongoing permit and stamping activities.

· Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams via email and phone.

· Maintain organized records of permits, drawings, and client communications.

· Support project teams with documentation and follow-ups as required.

· Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Engineering, Science, or Business Administration).

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Good in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
