Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Chemist specializing in fragrance formulations (EDPs, EDTs, body mists) and deodorant technologies (aerosols). The role involves developing stable, compliant, and cost-optimized formulations that deliver exceptional sensorial experience and global market readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Formulate EDPs, EDTs, body mists, deodorants, from lab to scale-up.

• • Design alcohol systems, fixatives, stabilizers, and masking agents for premium sensorial balance.

• • Develop aerosol-based deodorants (gas/propellant systems, roll-ons, sticks).

• • Ensure IFRA, FDA, EU, GCC, and Indian cosmetic compliance.

• • Conduct stability, compatibility, and safety tests across multiple climates.

• • Collaborate with R&D, QC, and production teams to ensure smooth scale-up from lab to bulk.

• • Source and evaluate raw materials (fragrance compounds, fixatives, solvents, propellants).

• • Maintain technical documentation: BMR, TDS, COA, and regulatory dossiers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• • Master’s/Bachelor’s in Cosmetic Science / Chemistry.

• • 2–6 years’ experience in perfume and deodorant formulation.

• • Strong knowledge of EDP/EDT bases, alcohol systems, solubilizers, and aerosol propellants.

• • Hands-on experience with fragrance compounding, deodorant emulsions, and fixative systems.

• • Familiarity with stability protocols and IFRA guidelines.
