Role: Performance Testing Lead Years of experience: 10+ years Skill set: PT, Performance Engineering ,Jmeter, Load Runner, Kafka, DevOps CI/CD pipeline, Grafana, APM tool (Splunk, Dynatrace, Jprofiler), Exposure to Azure and GCP Cloud platforms Job description: 10-13 Yrs of experience in performance engineering, 3+ years leading end to end performance engineering delivery, driving innovation in PT space & managing stakeholder expectations Lead the end-to-end performance testing lifecycle including planning, scripting, execution, analysis, and reporting. Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to define performance benchmarks and SLAs. Design and implement performance test strategies for web and backend systems. Identify performance bottlenecks and work with development teams to resolve them. Monitor and analyze system metrics (CPU, memory, I/O, etc.) during test execution. Provide detailed performance test reports and recommendations for improvements. Mentor and guide junior performance testers and ensure best practices are followed. Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in performance engineering. Analyze root causes of performance issues and identify areas for improvement
