Performance Testing Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using 

  LoadRunner

  .
• Conduct 

  end-to-end performance testing

   including scripting, execution, and reporting.
• Perform 

  API testing

   using 

  Postman

   and 

  SOAP UI

   for web services.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using 

  Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools

   like 

  Grafana

   or 

  Dynatrace

  .
• Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve system performance.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure performance requirements are met.

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 

  3 years

   of hands-on experience with 

  LoadRunner

   (scripting, execution, and reporting).
• At least 

  3 years

   of experience in 

  API testing

   using 

  Postman

   and 

  SOAP UI

  .
• Minimum 

  2 years

   of experience using 

  APM tools

   like 

  Grafana

   or 

  Dynatrace

  .
• Total 

  8 to 10 years

   of experience in 

  Performance Testing
