Performance Testing Lead

As a Performance Testing Lead at Expleo, you will be responsible for the following: - Leading the performance testing efforts for our client projects - Designing and implementing performance test plans - Executing performance tests and analyzing results to identify bottlenecks - Providing recommendations for performance optimization - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure performance goals are met You should possess the following qualifications: - 8-12 years of experience in performance testing - Strong expertise in performance testing tools and techniques - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively Please note that this position requires immediate on-site availability at our office location in Chennai.
