Performance Testing Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive performance test plans.
• Execute load, stress, and endurance testing for applications.
• Utilize jMeter and LoadRunner for scripting and testing applications.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to discuss performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Ensure governance and compliance in performance testing processes.
• Conduct monthly performance runs and monitor application performance.
• Create and maintain performance metrics dashboards for stakeholders.
• Lead performance testing initiatives and mentor junior team members.
• Work independently with minimal guidance to achieve testing objectives.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in performance testing methodologies (load, stress, endurance).
• Hands-on experience with jMeter and/or LoadRunner.
• Strong knowledge of ECommerce or web application performance optimization.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Experience in mentoring and leading a testing team.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
