PERFORMANCE TESTING EXPERT

About the Role

We are seeking a Performance Testing Expert with strong experience in analyzing, testing, and optimizing system performance under various conditions. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Load Testing, Stress Testing, and Spike Testing, ensuring our software solutions perform seamlessly under real-world workloads.

This role requires a keen eye for performance bottlenecks, deep analytical capability, and hands-on experience with performance testing tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, plan, and execute performance, load, stress, and spike tests for web and backend applications.

· Identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for optimization.

· Develop and maintain performance test scripts, test data, and automation frameworks.

· Analyze test results, create detailed performance reports, and collaborate with development teams to address performance issues.

· Simulate production-like workloads to validate system scalability and reliability.

· Work closely with developers, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure performance goals are met across projects.

Required Skills & Expertise

· 5–10 years of proven experience in Performance and Load Testing.

· Strong knowledge of Load Testing, Stress Testing, and Spike Testing methodologies.

· Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or equivalent.

· Proficient in analyzing system metrics (CPU, memory, network, etc.) during tests.

· Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, and database performance tuning.

· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of performance issues.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.

· Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline integration for performance testing.

· Knowledge of cloud-based performance testing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).

· Strong communication and documentation skills.
