Performance Testers for India's biggest IT company

This is a Perm job opening with our client - the biggest IT company of India. Locations - PAN India (You can choose any location in any city of India as per your convenience as they have presence in all cities in India) Description We are seeking a skilled Performance Testing Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing methodologies and tools, with a focus on ensuring the scalability and reliability of our applications. Responsibilities Design and implement performance testing strategies and plans for applications and systems. Execute performance tests and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and performance issues. Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure performance testing is integrated into the development lifecycle. Create and maintain performance testing documentation, including test plans, scripts, and reports. Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for optimization based on test results. Utilize performance testing tools to simulate load and measure response times under various conditions. Skills and Qualifications 3-10 years of experience in performance testing or a related field. Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. Strong understanding of web services and application architectures (REST, SOAP, microservices). Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for test script development. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices to integrate performance testing into the development pipeline. Analytical skills to interpret performance data and identify trends and areas for improvement. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
