Job Description

Description We are looking for a skilled Playwright Automation Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality assurance and experience in automating tests for web applications using Playwright. You will work closely with developers and other QA team members to ensure that our applications meet the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web applications using Playwright. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand application functionalities. Identify, record, and document thoroughly any bugs or issues found during testing. Perform regression testing and ensure that existing functionalities are not disrupted by new code changes. Maintain and update test cases based on changes in application features or requirements. Provide regular reports on testing progress and results to stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications 3-10 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, preferably with a focus on automation. Proficient in using Playwright for automated testing of web applications. Strong understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript, as well as familiarity with Node.js. Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools. Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Ability to analyze requirements and create comprehensive test cases. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
