Key Responsibilities

Design and Implement Performance Enhancements: Develop and integrate performance improvements into the software architecture using tools like Gatling.Analyze System Performance: Conduct thorough analysis of system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization.Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with software developers, architects, and other stakeholders to design and implement performance improvements.Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Implement and maintain performance monitoring tools to continuously assess and optimize system performance.Documentation: Document performance-related processes, issues, and solutions for future reference.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies related to system performance and integrate them into development practices.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Experience with Gatling: Proven experience in designing and implementing performance enhancements using Gatling.Karate or CloudOps: Experience with Karate for API testing or CloudOps for managing cloud infrastructure. (Need at least 1 of these 2)Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of performance metrics, bottlenecks, and end-to-end performance measures (e.g., server response time, memory capacity, CPU utilization).Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify performance issues and recommend solutions.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance engineering or a related development role
