🛠️ Key Skills Required

  • Performance Testing experience:

    5+ years

  • JMeter:

    4+ years (mandatory)

  • LoadRunner:

    Working knowledge
  • Strong understanding of

    Performance Testing Life Cycle (PTLC)

  • Experience in

    Requirement Analysis & Workload Modeling

  • BFSI / Banking domain experience

    (mandatory)
  • Bottleneck analysis across application, DB, middleware & infra
  • Performance test reporting & stakeholder communication


📌 Key Responsibilities


  • Participate in

    requirement gathering and NFR finalization

    for performance testing
  • Design workload models and performance test strategies for BFSI systems
  • Develop, execute, and optimize

    Load, Stress, Endurance, and Scalability tests

  • Create and maintain scripts using

    JMeter and LoadRunner

  • Prepare detailed

    performance test reports, dashboards, and recommendations

  • Ensure application stability, scalability, and compliance before production releases


🎓 Qualifications

  • BE / BTech / MCA / MTech in Computer Science, IT, or related field
