Performance Tester

Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-9 years of experience in performance testing and will be responsible for ensuring the performance and scalability of our software products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance test plans, test cases, and scripts
• Analyze and report on performance test results and identify bottlenecks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance issues and recommend solutions
• Design and implement automated performance tests using industry standard tools
• Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify trends and potential issues
• Provide guidance and support to other team members on performance testing best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to performance testing

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-9 years of experience in performance testing
• Strong understanding of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and tools
• Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling
• Experience with performance monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, New Relic, and Dynatrace
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
