Performance Tester

We are looking for an experiencedPerformance Testerto ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of applications through robust performance validation. The role requires expertise inMicro Focus LoadRunner, cloud technologies, and working in complex IT environments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• UtilizeMicro Focus LoadRunnersuite for performance testing.
• Validate application performance across various web technologies, understanding infrastructure, networking, and architecture.
• Work with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for 1-2 years, including cloud migration projects.
• Conduct performance testing usingweb (http/html) and AJAX TruClient protocols.
• Perform SAP performance validation to ensure seamless system operations.
• Collaborate with teams in large data centers, coordinating withNetwork, Storage, and Server Infrastructureteams.
• Work efficiently in multi-stakeholder, cross-cultural, and virtual environments.
• Lead and manage testing teams, ensuring productivity across all organizational levels.
• Identify critical performance issues and escalate matters for necessary ITS leadership review and approval.
• Stay self-motivated and proactive in identifying performance risks and solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in performance testing usingMicro Focus LoadRunner.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, networking, and application infrastructure.
• 1-2 years of experience with cloud solutions and cloud migration efforts.
• Expertise inweb (http/html) and AJAX TruClient protocols.
• Experience withSAP performance validation.
• Ability to work in large, complex organizations with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with a keen eye for performance risks and improvement opportunities.
