Job Description

Performance Test Engineer Contract (6 months, subject to performance evaluation on further course of action) NP - 0 to 15 days (max) Shift - 12PM to 9PM / 12:30PM to 9:30PM Location - Ahmedabad/Hyderabad/Remote Experience: 6 + years Required Skills and Qualifications 6+ years of experience in performance testing and analysis. Expertise in JMeter, with a proven ability to write and execute complex test scripts. Strong experience with Grafana for performance monitoring and data visualization. Solid understanding of web applications and their performance characteristics. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance test plans and scripts. Write and maintain performance test scripts in JMeter, ensuring accuracy and efficiency , can able to work as individual contributor. Conduct load, stress, and endurance testing to identify performance bottlenecks. Monitor application performance and analyze results using Grafana and other monitoring tools. Collaborate with development and QA teams to troubleshoot performance issues and provide recommendations for improvements. Generate detailed reports on performance testing results, including findings and actionable insights. Continuously refine and improve testing processes and methodologies.
