Job Title : Performance Test Engineer JMeter | DevOps | Dynatrace | GCP Location : Chennai - (Candidate must be currently based in Tamil Nadu ) Experience : 4 to 7 Years Employment Type : Full-Time Notice Period : we are Accepting only Immediate to 30 Days Candidates Job Description We are hiring a skilled Performance Test Engineer to join a dynamic project at our Chennai delivery center. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in JMeter , Java/Python , and DevOps tools, along with hands-on use of observability platforms like Dynatrace / New Relic / AppDynamics . Youll be responsible for performance testing, diagnostics, and automation for high-performance, cloud-native applications. Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end performance testing using JMeter Analyze performance metrics and identify bottlenecks Integrate performance tests with CI/CD pipelines (Tekton, GitHub Actions) Work with cloud monitoring tools ( Dynatrace , AppDynamics , New Relic ) Apply scripting with Java/Python Use AI-based APIs and contribute to Prompt Engineering automation tasks Analyze production logs and generate workload models Operate in GCP / Azure / AWS environments Must-Have Skills JMeter (Web Apps Angular / React / SAP / Pega) Java and/or Python Dynatrace / New Relic / AppDynamics DevOps Tools GitHub Actions, Tekton, Docker, Kubernetes GCP / Azure / AWS Log Analysis & Monitoring Dashboards AI & Prompt Engineering (Basic Usage) Excellent communication (Verbal & Written) Nice to Have Familiarity with CloudRun , OpenShift CaaS Experience in HW/SW sizing , code tuning , network optimization
