Performance Marketing Specialist

What You’ll Own:

• Plan, launch, and optimize

  Google Ads

  and

  LinkedIn Ads

  (with a focus on B2B)
• Run

  email campaigns

  via

  HubSpot

  — including workflows, segmentation, and testing
• Manage paid and organic

  social media campaigns

  with clear KPIs
• Use tools like

  ZoomInfo

  , Apollo, or similar for

  lead enrichment and targeting

• Collaborate with content and sales teams to generate

  high-quality leads

• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on results
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in

  performance marketing

• Strong command of

  Google Ads

  and

  LinkedIn Ads

• Experience managing

  email campaigns

  via

  HubSpot

  (or similar platforms)
• Familiarity with tools like

  ZoomInfo/Apollo

• An analytical mindset with a clear understanding of

  lead funnels and conversions

• Bonus: Background in

  SaaS

  ,

  Tech

  , or

  B2B

  products

• Direct ownership of campaigns and measurable impact on growth
• A collaborative, high-performance in-office team
