Responsibilities

  • Run Google Ads: Search, Display, Retargeting
  • Run Meta Ads: Facebook + Instagram
  • Content scheduling for Meta (we provide creatives)
  • Install and manage tracking: pixels, events, GTM, conversions
  • Weekly reporting with KPIs
  • Generate consistent leads / sales
  • Optimize campaigns daily — no excuses

Requirements

  • 3+ years running Google + Meta ads
  • Hands-on experience managing
  • Must show previous results (screenshots of campaigns)
  • Strong English
  • Must NOT be someone who only posts content or gives website suggestions
  • Must understand funnels, audiences, retargeting

KPIs

  • 1–3 qualified leads per week
  • 1 sale per week (depending on product category)
  • Cost per lead under industry benchmarks
  • Improve ROAS within 30–60 days
