Clove Dental is seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist to join our head office at Malviya Nagar, South Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 5 years or more of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results through digital advertising campaigns. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive customer acquisition, and optimize ROI across various digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and achieve business objectives.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy optimization to improve campaign performance and ensure maximum ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data insights, and generate regular reports to track KPIs and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing assets that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing, and leverage this knowledge to implement innovative strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaign elements such as ad creatives, targeting parameters, and landing page designs.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and analytics, to align performance marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
