Performance Marketing / Paid Media Marketing (Meta/ Google)

As a Performance Media Planner / Performance Marketing / Media Planning at our company, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) platforms. Your role will be crucial in driving successful results for our clients and internal brands. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. - Collaborate closely with the creative and strategy teams to develop high-performing campaigns. - Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for conversions, ROAS, and CPL. - Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages. - Generate detailed campaign performance reports and insights using analytics tools. - Keep abreast of trends and updates in digital advertising platforms. Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in running Meta & Google Ads campaigns. - Solid understanding of paid media KPIs like CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPL, etc. - Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. - Data-driven mindset with a sharp focus on campaign insights and optimizations. - Ability to effectively manage multiple campaigns across various industries or verticals. Additional Company Details: Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based targeting, as well as working in a creative/digital agency environment, will be considered a bonus. Possessing certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint will also be advantageous.,
