We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer who is passionate about paid advertising and growth marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, primarily on Meta Ads, while also supporting other paid channels. You will work closely with creative, sales, and product teams to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and other platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube if required.
Handle end-to-end campaign setup, including audience targeting, ad creatives, budgets, and tracking
Monitor daily campaign performance and make real-time optimizations to improve ROI
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages
Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives aligned with brand guidelines
Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals
Manage ad budgets efficiently and maintain accurate spend tracking and forecasts
Track, analyze, and report key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and funnel performance
Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid marketing
