As a Performance Marketing Manager & Media Buying Expert, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Your expertise will drive measurable growth for both Indian and International clients, ensuring client KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion goals are achieved. Your key responsibilities will include developing strategies, managing budgets efficiently, collaborating with clients to understand their objectives, and leading a team to consistently deliver results. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, staying updated with industry trends, and identifying new opportunities to scale campaigns will be essential to your success in this role. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience in Performance Marketing & Media Buying, particularly on Meta Ads. Strong communication skills, the ability to work with clients from different geographies and industries, and a problem-solving attitude are crucial. Leadership skills, analytical mindset, and expertise in campaign tracking and reporting tools will also be valuable assets. Preferred qualifications for this role include an MBA in Marketing or equivalent degree, along with professional certifications in Digital Marketing and Meta Ads.
