Performance Marketing professional (Assistant Manager level)

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:

    • Plan, launch, and manage

      performance marketing campaigns

      (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) for real estate, hospitality, and wellness projects.
    • Create

      data-driven media plans

      focusing on CPL, CTR, and conversion optimization.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization:

    • Monitor KPIs and analytics daily to ensure efficient budget utilization and maximum ROI.
    • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights (A/B testing, targeting refinements, creative iterations).
  • Lead Generation & Funnel Management:

    • Drive high-quality leads for

      luxury villas, wellness retreats, and events

      .
    • Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to improve lead nurturing and conversion tracking.
  • Creative & Content Coordination:

    • Work with in-house design/content teams and external agencies to ensure campaign creatives meet objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Reporting & Insights:

    • Generate weekly/monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
    • Present findings to senior management and suggest data-backed strategies for improvement.
  • Market Research & Trends:

    • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive analysis, and new digital tools/platforms.
    • Recommend innovative performance marketing approaches to boost reach and engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Education:

    Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience:

    4-9 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably from

    digital marketing agencies

    .
  • Technical Expertise:

    • Hands-on experience with

      Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads

      .
    • Strong knowledge of

      Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO/SEM principles, and attribution models

      .
  • Industry Exposure:

    Experience in

    real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands

    preferred.
  • Excellent

    analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

    .
  • Strong ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
