52 Sundaze is India’s fastest-growing SPF-first skincare brand — building cult-favourite sunscreens like our SPF 50 Rosewater Mist. We’re now looking to scale paid performance across Meta and Google.

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager who lives and breathes ROAS, creative testing, and scaling profitably across channels.

What You'll Do:

* Plan, launch & scale Meta Ads and Google ad campaigns.

* Own ROAS, CAC, CTR, and LTV metrics across platforms

* Test new creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences weekly

* Work closely with content, design, and founders

* Optimize spends across platforms with clear performance benchmarks

You Should Have:

* 2–4 years of experience managing ₹5–20L+/month budgets for D2C brands

* Proven track record of scaling Meta and Google Ads profitably

* Strong data chops – you know how to analyze performance and course correct

* Experience in e-commerce (Shopify, GA4, attribution tools)
